  • No, tax is not included in the listed prices. A 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added to the total cost of the services at checkout.

  • Tipping is not mandatory at The Face Lab. Our pricing structure covers the full cost of treatments. While our nurses don't accept tips, our estheticians do appreciate gratuities for their services.

The consultation fee reflects the time and expertise invested in understanding your unique needs and recommending tailored treatments. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cost of a consultation fee is put towards the cost of any treatment at The Face Lab within three months of the consultation. This allows you to apply the consultation fee as a credit towards your chosen treatment, making the consultation an investment in your personalized care.
