You’ll need to drink plenty of water in the week leading up to your treatment and at least 1L on the day of your treatment. Avoid smoking and alcohol 72 hours before your treatment and blood thinners for 7 days. Bring along a clean hat for hair restoration treatments.

After PRFM, you’ll need to avoid blood thinning agents, for at least a week, hot yoga or sauna for three days, exercise or strenuous activities for 24 hours, and washing your face for 12 hours post treatment.

For PRP, 3-6 treatments 4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results and annual treatments for maintenance.
For PRFM, we recommend two treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results. Maintenance is recommended ever 2 years.
