Radiesse
Build collagen and elastin for a subtle and naturally sculpted look for your face and body.
-
Radiesse is a Health Canada-approved dermal filler. It’s a powerful biostimulatory injectable designed to support facial structure, restore volume, and regenerate your skin—naturally. It stimulates your body’s own collagen and elastin production—making it ideal for long-term skin rejuvenation (including body) and facial contouring.
-
This treatment can help address:
Hollows, Volume Loss – improving facial fullness and vitality
Fine Lines & Wrinkles – softening visible signs of aging
Scars, Texture, Dullness – improving skin smoothness and radiance
May also benefit other concerns — we’ll discuss them during your consultation.
-
Restores volume - Initially, Radiesse acts like a dermal filler to restore volume. But its key benefit is long-term—it stimulates your own collagen, making results more natural and regenerative.
The Next Evolution In Collagen-Building Treatments - Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers that simply fill space, Radiesse stimulates your body’s own collagen and elastin production. At The Face Lab, we offer Radiesse in both its original form and as a hyperdiluted biostimulant, allowing us to customize treatments that lift, firm, and improve skin quality across the face, neck, and body.
Safe for all skin tones - Reduced risk of side effects and gives you effective results with minimal effort while being safe for all skin types. It delivers effective results effortlessly.
Treatments For Your Face And Body - Radiesse can be used in mid-face and cheeks for volume and contour, your jawline and chin for definition and structure. It can restore hollowing at your temples, address marionette lines in your lower face, improve skin quality in your neck and décolleté, and address volume loss and texture in your hands. Diluted Radiesse acts more like a skin booster, improving crepey skin, fine lines, and thinning tissue, especially in areas like the neck, chest, arms, and above the knees.
-
Stay hydrated leading up to your appointment and avoid blood thinners including aspirin and NSAIDs and alcohol three days before your treatment. Also try to limit excessive sun exposure.
-
Most patients experience mild swelling or bruising for 1–5 days. You can return to normal activities shortly after, though we recommend avoiding intense workouts for 24–48 hours. You’ll see instant volume and lift due to the gel matrix. Over the next 6–12 weeks, your body produces new collagen and elastin, enhancing firmness, elasticity, and skin density. Results can last 12–18 months or longer, depending on the treatment area and individual metabolism.
FAQs
It’s important to us that you feel comfortable and clear about all elements of Radiesse treatments before deciding if it’s right for you. We’ve put together answers to the questions we get most when patients are deciding if Radiesse treatments are good fit for you.
-
Many patients see results after one treatment. However, for skin quality improvements (e.g. neck, chest, or arms), 2–3 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart may be recommended.
-
Absolutely. At The Face Lab, we often combine Radiesse with microneedling, PRFM, Sofwave, or Tixel for enhanced tissue regeneration and firming.
-
Yes. Radiesse is safe for Fitzpatrick I–VI, but a full consultation is always required to ensure optimal outcomes.
-
Both are collagen-stimulating injectables. Radiesse works faster, shows immediate results, and builds Type I and III collagen, while Sculptra builds collagen more gradually over time and can be long lasting and have more of a lifting and subtle volume. We’ll recommend the best option based on your goals.

We specialize in science-backed, minimally invasive treatments with natural-looking results. Our team is trained in advanced regenerative techniques, including combination therapies with Radiesse, PRFM, Tixel, and exosomes, for patients who want to age gracefully, not artificially.
