Stay hydrated leading up to your appointment and avoid blood thinners including aspirin and NSAIDs and alcohol three days before your treatment. Also try to limit excessive sun exposure.

Most patients experience mild swelling or bruising for 1–5 days. You can return to normal activities shortly after, though we recommend avoiding intense workouts for 24–48 hours. You’ll see instant volume and lift due to the gel matrix. Over the next 6–12 weeks, your body produces new collagen and elastin, enhancing firmness, elasticity, and skin density. Results can last 12–18 months or longer, depending on the treatment area and individual metabolism.
