ONDA Pro is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses patented Coolwaves® microwave technology to selectively target unwanted fat cells while preserving surrounding tissue.

Increase your water intake starting 2–3 days before your appointment — aim for 2–3 liters daily.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your session.
Arrive with clean, dry skin, free of makeup, lotion, perfume, and body oils in the treatment area.
Remove jewelry, hearing aids, and any synthetic or acrylic garments from the treatment area.
If the treatment area has thick hair, shave or trim it closely the day before.
Avoid tanning before your appointment. Active sunburn, peeling skin, or recent heavy sun exposure means the area cannot be treated that day.
Avoid topical numbing cream — it can interfere with your comfort feedback during treatment.
Let your provider know if you've used Accutane/Isotretinoin in the past 6 months.

Drink 2–3 liters of water daily for 3–5 days to support your body's natural process.
Starting 24 hours after your session, gently massage the treated area for 5 minutes, twice daily.
Aim for 20–30 minutes of light activity, like walking, daily.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, hot baths, and strenuous, sweat-inducing workouts for 48 hours.
Avoid direct sun exposure for 3 days. If the area is exposed, apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.
Wash the area with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. Avoid harsh exfoliants, retinoids, or aggressive scrubbing for 3 days.

Most patients describe a warming sensation as the handpiece glides over the treatment area, with intermittent cooling for comfort. Sessions typically last 20–60 minutes depending on the area being treated, and many patients return to normal activities immediately afterward.

Most patients experience some warmth, tingling or a squeezing sensation during treatment — this is normal and expected. Your skin may appear slightly pink to red immediately afterward, which can last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Mild swelling or tenderness is common for the first few weeks. Some patients notice small areas of tissue firmness (nodules), which typically resolve on their own within days to a few months. Less common effects can include bruising, itching, or temporary changes in skin sensation — your provider will review the full list of possible effects with you before treatment.
