Avoid the use of Aspirin, NSAIDS, alcohol and other blood thinners for 2 days pre and post injection as they will increase your risk of bruising. You may take Arnica tablets 2 days prior to your injection to reduce the risk of bruising. Avoid skincare actives (AHA/BHA/retinol/benzoyl peroxide) for 2 days before your treatment.
