  • Avoid retinols, AHAs/BHAs, and harsh exfoliants for 48 hours before your appointment. Please arrive with clean skin and inform us of any active breakouts or sensitivities.

  • Most clients leave with visibly smoother, hydrated skin. You may experience minor redness or flaking depending on the exfoliation level used, which typically resolves within 24–48 hours. We’ll recommend post-care products to extend your results and keep your skin calm and protected.

  • Advanced Medical Facials are designed to be comfortable yet results-driven. You may feel gentle exfoliation, cooling masks, or light tingling depending on the techniques used. Most clients describe the treatment as relaxing while still feeling their skin “wake up.”

  • Mild redness or sensitivity can occur right after your facial, but this usually fades within a few hours. Because medical-grade products and techniques are used, your skin may also experience a short period of light flaking or purging, a normal part of the renewal process.

  • Anyone looking to address concerns like fine lines, dehydration, uneven texture, or dullness is an excellent candidate. Treatments are fully customized, making them safe and effective for most skin types. During your consultation, we’ll recommend the best approach for your unique skin goals.

  • All treatments and services are non-refundable.
