As such, to help us maintain an efficient schedule and ensure that all our patients receive the attention they deserve, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice:
We kindly request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations with less than 24h notice will results in a charge of $150 or cost of treatment (whichever is lesser) wil be applied to your account,
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), a charge of $150 or cost of treatment (whichever is lesser) will be applied to your account.
Late Arrivals:
